POLAND-KOREA Business Forum 2022 – TIAS experts with an economic mission in Seoul
On the 23rd of September, the Polish Investment and Trade Agency PAIH is organizing a Polish-Korean Business Forum in Seoul with over 150 entrepreneurs from both countries in attendance. It is a great honor and immense joy for us to be part of this mission. Korea is an important political and economic partner of Poland in Asia. Since 2013, our countries have been nurturing their mutual relations on a strategic partnership level. POLAND-KOREA Business Forum 2022 as a platform dedicated to investment cooperation.

There are nearly 550 companies with Korean capital operating in Poland, which puts the Republic of Korea among the top foreign investors in our country. The main goal of the meeting that shall take place in the capital of South Korea is to present Poland's investment potential in such areas as:
- energy infrastructure and transition
- e-mobility
- transport
A bilateral cooperation in the form of a public-private partnership will also be the focus of the Forum's attention. We feel immensely honored that TIAS was invited by PAiH to join the ranks of the distinguished speakers at the conference, which will also be attended, among others, by: Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Economic Development and Technology (MRiT) Grzegorz Piechowiak, President of the Management Board of the Polish Investment and Trade Agency (PAIH) Krzysztof Drynda, and representatives of the Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego (BGK), the Industrial Development Agency (IDA), Solidarity Transport Hub, and PAIH's Korean counterpart, the Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency (KOTRA).

In Seoul, TIAS will be represented by our strong delegation consisting of: Dariusz Obrocki, Karol Kołodziejczyk, Sujin Lee, Magda Jeong – sworn translator of Korean, and Jarosław Ogrodnik – our legal support. At the POLAND-KOREA Business Forum 2022, we will give a lecture on Polish tax law, and during the part devoted to B2B meetings, we will talk to Korean companies interested in making investments in Poland.
